Inzira ni umufatanyabikorwa w'ubuhanzi uyobowe n'Abanyarwanda, wubaka sisitemu z'igihe kirekire z'iterambere ry'ubukungu ryubaka bose, abagore bahanzi bari mu mwanya w'ibanze. Binyuze mu mashyirahamwe, guhuza isoko ryimazeyo, no guhuza neza urwego rw'ubuhanzi, duhuza abahanzi ku buryo butaziguye n'abakiriya, amahirwe y'ubucuruzi, n'ibicuruzwa by'amasosiyete dukanatera imbere ubushobozi bwabo bwo guhura no gukura hamwe n'ubwo busabe. Twizera gushyiraho hamwe. Umurimo w'ubuhanzi ukura iyo abantu bawukora bashyiraho sisitemu ziwukikije. Ni yo mpamvu tutarangiza porogaramu ku bahanzi, ahubwo tuzishyiraho hamwe, dushingiye ku bunararibonye n'umuco.
Twizera icyubahiro. Buri gukorana guha agaciro ubuhanga abahanzi bafite. Tubanza kumva, tugendana, kandi dufata ubufatanye nk'ishingiro ry'iterambere, atari serivisi gusa.
Twizera muri sisitemu yose. Gutsinda kw'umuntu kumwe bishingira kuri sisitemu zikomeye. Dushora imari mu bumenyi, amafaranga, isoko, ibikorwa remezo, n'isura ya digitale, tubihuza mu nzira zikora mu buzima busanzwe.
Twizera ubuyobozi bw'aho hantu. Amakipe yacu aturuka mu muryango w'abahanzi b'u Rwanda. Ibyo biduha ubumenyi bw'umuco, icyizere, n'ubushishozi bisabwa gushyigikira isektori aho umurage n'ibishya bisuhuzanya.
Twizera ko umurimo w'ubuhanzi ari umusanzu w'ubukungu. Ni umuco, umurage, n'uburyo bw'ubuzima. Ukwiye kumenyekanishwa nk'akazi gafite agaciro no gushora imari nk'inkingi y'iterambere rigera kuri bose, uhereye mu Rwanda ugera mu Burayi bwa Afurika.
